I have a 93 T & C mini van that has been parked idle for two yrs. Ran fine when parked other than the compressor bearings going out. Cannot get it to stay running even with starting fluid. It will start but will not continue but for a few seconds while spraying starting fluid. Put in fresh fuel with a can of Seafoam to clean it out. Fuel pump is operating fine. Any suggestions?

 

"will start but will not continue but for a few seconds" sounds like what the anti-theft system does. You may need to re-program the keys at a dealership if that's the problem.

 

It does not have the anti theft system on it.
