98 Sebring sounding loud while moving

My 98 Sebring convertible is making noise. it sounds a but like a roar that starts low increases with speed.
This noise does not happen when the car is stopped and you rev the engine.
You can feel a little vibration as it gets louder.
It gets louder as the car goes faster.
it will get a little louder if you turn the wheel slightly left.
it sounds like a exhaust roar, but it can't be as it does not do it when the car is not moving.
It feels like it is connected with the transmission or something that speeds up as the car does.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

It's almost impossible to diagnose weird noises via posts on a bulletin board. It could be anything, including a piece of cardboard hooked under the car and dragging on the ground.
Start with a careful visual inspection of the entire car as much as you can get to. Look for anything out of place and/or dragging or rubbing.
Since it's a convertible, put the top down and drive it around. Drive past walls or tall curbs and listen for the echo of the sound. See if you can localize it to one side or corner of the car. Feel each wheel to see if one is warmer from a dragging brake. Feel around each tire for anything that might be rubbing or dragging.
