Default Aftermarket radio no sound on 04 Chrysler Pacifica

I’m currently installing an after marking android/CarPlay radio for my 04 Chrysler Pacifica. The wiring harness I got doesn’t make use of this white and purple cable. I’ve never installed a radio before. So I just went based off of what the papers that came with both the harness and radio said. That being said after I plugged it in the radio came on and everything but I didn’t hear any sound.

I will add the antena didn’t fit the aftermarket radio I’m assuming I need an adapter for it.

any idea how I can get this working?

It’s my first attempt ever trying to install a radio so any info helps.

You are much more likely to get useful assistance if you direct your question to the source where you got your aftermarket radio. They will be familiar with their product (which you neglected to name or describe) and they should have a strong economic incentive to make it work. That being said, you might find some useful information here:

Suggest visiting 'crutchfield.com'. They should be able to suggest a harness for your radio and vehicle.
