Mopar vs. Denso SaMe o2 sensors??

Okay guys,

Mopar (Dealer) part# 56029052-AA
Mopar (Dealer) part# 56029050-AA

Denso (Rockauto) Part# 2344410 -Upstream
Denso (Rockauto) Part# 234458 -Downstream

I went to the dealer yesterday and had the guy pull a (Mopar) o2 sensor of the shelf, it is stamped Denso..

My question: Is the Dealer Denso any different than the Rockauto Denso as far as resistance/volts/ohms, etc, or are they one and the -TRUE- same replacement parts?

11-03 Town and Country Limited 3.8L

Car came to me with P0420 & P0132 - Some auto shop had already replaced two o2 sensors by this point.. They were stamped Japan and that's all I could see.

I then replaced 6 spark plugs with champion double platinum, as well as two o2 sensors made by NTK, I was lead to believe that NTK was factory stuff.. Only to come and find that Denso is what is in the Mopar box.. The car was fine for approximately 120 miles, then boom the CEL shows it's ugly face again.

I also did an exhaust back pressure test as well as a vacuum test in order to monitor the Catalytic. Checks out fine.

I am now stuck with a P0132 and I don't want to return this car to the costumer until I'm certain she is cured.

HELP!

Should I go to the dealer or should I get them at Rock auto for 1/3 the price?

Again, my one and only question would be. Is Mopar Denso the same as Rockauto/Autozone Denso with regard to volts/ohms/resistance... ?

Sorry bout all that extra info above..

Looks like I'm talking to myself here.. Well, I went ahead and spent the extra hundred bucks/purchased two O2 sensors (Denso) from the dealer.. For those whom are interested in this matter, I will keep you posted.. I'll post back in one week, then in two weeks with the results.
