New to CF, Hello ALL

Hey everyone,

I'm klb426, owner of a new to me 2005 300 Touring, I got for myself for my bday from the auction. Paid a whopping $1350 plus closing fees. I had been looking for a full size car for a while and decided on the 300 instead of the charger from the lx platform although I do like the magnums with the front end swap.

This is my 3rd Chrysler product, though there are several others within the immediate family that I have the pleasure of driving.

This 300 isn't my daily yet but I plan on keeping it for a couple years or so until the new body style grows on me, but at 99k miles this current car still has a lot of steam.
Immediately from the auction went in new wheel hubs and a new rocker arm assembly, something I knew going in to the purchase. But this car has its quirks: 18 wheels from a 300c a hodgepodge remote start and attempt to return a sound system to factory, as well as a clock that just wont keep time.. and those green lights... OH MY.

But I like it. I didn't want the 5.7 motor (yes I know, power beats all right) but I do like the subtle changes of the C so since I have c wheels, I have already gotten a set of c tails, and a c rear bumper for a Dual exhaust project, as well as a trunk spoiler.. all color matched silver. (LUCKY STUFF)

I have a couple of other work horses in the fleet, so I can really take my time with this new project, and maybe sell a car or two for bigger mods. (no pulley spooling in the future as of yet tho)

I look forward to trading Ideas and info with you guys as this project continues down the road.
THANKS FOR READING
