Grand Voyager 2010, after having a phone call via uconnect, lcd screen froze and power will not switch off even when ignition is switched off. Controls for satnav and radio not working

Try disconnecting the battery, wait a few minutes and re-connect. See it that helps. Then have the battery checked.
