Problem with Solenoid Transmission Valve

i've got a Chrysler Concorde 2004 VIN: 2C3HD46R74H674849. I have some problems with the solenoid valve. Sometimes not always the engine light come up and when you go under 20miles the transmission got stuck in second gear. I already diagnostic the problem and it is the solenoid valve.

I just would like to know how much cost just the labor to replace that (just the mechanic job), and if the transmission has to be disassembled all for change the valve or it is external and doesn't need to be disassembled.

If somebody can halp me i appreciate that so much!

Solenoid pack can be changed by dropping the trans pan, then the valve body. "Book Time" is about 2.5 hours. Reminder to only use ATF+4 in that trans.
Labor rates vary but figure on filter and about 8 quarts of fluid as part of the cost.

Thank you so much FIREM. You have an idea of how much could be the labor? Bc i saw online the part and i can find it for 150/160$. I need just to know the labor price (more and less).

Varies by location, average auto rate in my area is $100 per hour.
So $250 Labor, Ball park $100 fluid & filter & misc.
Expect to pay $350 ish.

And i don't need to buy a new solenoid valve??? Or change ball park, filter & misc are enough???

I figured you already had purchased the solenoid. Here is what I did to one of my 300M's
Installed a Remanufacutred Solenoid from TRANZMISSION PARTS USA. $49.99, lifetime warranty, even came with a new gasket, good to go. (EBay) Figured that the Pro-Am is my daily "truck" and trying to keep it on the road, on the cheap, took a chance on the reman, with good success.
Have about 10k miles since repair and all is well.
A few others at the 300M site have used this reman solenoid with no issues.
