Radiator cooling fans-2004 Chrysler Pacifica
 

Several days ago my radiator blew. I replaced the radiator successfully. I noticed my cooling fans were not operational. I replaced the fuse and the relay switch located on the bumper. I also replaced the wiring kit that came with the relay switch. For extra added measure I replace the thermostat which is located on the grill of the radiator. The fan still does not work. I decided to hard wire the fan and I found out that the fan does in fact work it is operational. When I look everything up like normal again the fan does not work even when I turn the a_c or the heater on it doesn't work. I need to find out what's going on and I need to find it out quick any suggestions out there?

Fan motor may be burned. Or relay switch is loose.

I have the same problem.
Fuse, relay, fans, are all good, but fans don't turn on with heat or when AC is turned on.
Any one know what it could be?
I mean, wiring and connections, are what is left and maybe computer, not sure?

Welcome to the forum. You should post questions about your Pacifica in the Pacifica forum.

The fans are not supposed to run all the time. They should only run under certain circumstances. They are controlled by the PCM (engine computer) which reads inputs from the engine coolant temperature sensor, ambient air temperature sensor and the A/C system and possibly the transmission, idle speed, etc. If you can get hold of a shop manual for your vehicle you can find out all the parameters and when the fans should be coming on.
You didn't mention anything about the car actually overheating. If it's not overheating you may not have any problem at all.
