The top display work but the bottom with the cd dvd display and radio not working any ideas

on 2006 pacifica

First, make sure that everything is plugged in properly and no fuses are blown. If that's not the problem, then it's going to be an internal problem in the unit.

Unless you are handy with tearing radios apart (and since you are posting up here I assume you are not) the best bet is to either look for a replacement on eBay or go the aftermarket route. Nobody bothers repairing radios nowadays. It's easier and apparently cheaper to replace it.
Your 2006 radio is now nine years old and likely has croaked.

Welcome to the forum.
As dcotter0579 mentioned, these radios aren't serviceable and you may be facing an internal fault.
In which case a replacement may be needed.
As always though, you can run your vehicle over to your local Chrysler dealer to check first before making any radio purchases.
