Red dot above dash on 2001 Town and country.

How are you guys doing
I have a 2001 town and country and while I was driving I received a red dot above my dash right next to the check engine lite and my car shut down on me right in the middle of the street any suggestions on what this might be?

its a skim module issue likely a dealer or a shop will need to address this
