Welcome to the forum. When posting questions about your car, it's best to post them in the particular area of the forum devoted to vehicles.
Typically, the rear seat is removed by pushing forcefully downward and rearward on the seat cushion to spring the cushion out from under a pair of hooks that are at floor level. Then you will be able to lift out the cushion and see how the hooks hold it in place, Some vehicles have bolts holding the bottom of the cushion in place at the front of the cushion.
Once the cushion is out of the way, look for a couple of bolts that are behind where the cushion was and hold the seat back in place. Remove those bolts and lift the seat back up and out.
