Voyager CRD, power loss and engine cut out.

2002 CRD, suffering a power loss when the engine is warm, only in 3rd 4th and 5th gear, with about 1800rpm and accelerating hard, the revs jump by at least 500rpm, then drop back and the power kicks in. New dimension; engine cut out, decelerating, when changing from, say, 3rd to 2nd gear.

Engine flush, normal service and new fuel filter fitted. 100k miles.

I am right in thinking fuel injectors?
