2nd Gen XMODS!!!
ok, so it's a little geeky, but I wanted to throw out that they recently released the evo XMODS RC cars. I personally own 3 of the 1st gens and I am planning on buying a 2nd gen F-150 with off road conversion and lift for Christmas... For those of you that don't know what XMODS are, they are 1:14 or something like that race cars, that with the proper mods will do over 1000 MPH (SCALE SPEED) roughly 80 MPH... check out www.xmodsrc.com for the official website, and www.atomicmods.com for the 3rd party vendor and race sponsors...
For anyone that wants an explanation as to why a 17 year old is playing with toy cars, go buy one, and you'll see how challenging they are to build and modify. It keeps me calm and my ADD under control, and sometimes keeps me from having to take up smoking, or stabbing my sisters or parents...

haha, these are electronic... You stack the F.E.T.s and put a bigger motor in it, then lithium cells... 4 of them, metal parts... the works, and viola, you get your 80 MPH 1:16 scale electronic RC car!
I have an XMOD Dodge Viper, it was an NSX, but I got a Viper body for it. It's Viper Blue, there was bad lighting...

I don't have a pic of my skyline yet, I need to get on the other computer, but I did a custom paint job on it, and it has a lot of the Nagasaki mods so it's pretty quick. My friend just bought the 2nd gen infinity G35 w/ stage 2 motor, bearings, suspension, the works, and we raced my 1st gen against his evo, and I smoked his ***... We need to race midnight! lol
No Way. Stage 2 gets you up to 20-25 mph... The Fatboy HC gets you to about 30, the lithiums get you to roughly 34, stack the Field effect transistors and hit about 55, lighten the car and get about 57, change the gears to about 65, add the V2 board for 70ish, double your lithium cells for like 80mph... Radio Shack doesn't sell the mods they make these things need functional spoilers. These cars will take off if you're not careful. They also have cooling fans and the like for keeping the fatboy cool.. to see all of the possible mods for these cars go to www.atomicmods.com and click the "xmods" link...or the "turnkey cars" link to see what you can do with them. THe last one on the page for that link is the 80 MPH one. That is similar to the one I have, but I did my work myself, and it's not all metal...
If I ever decide to get anything big, I'll go to AtomicMods.com.
