ok So i got this email today from some on have no idea who.... some one more wise then I tell me what I should have said or done because WTF hehe

I guess I would have pointed him to a pulley removal tool like this:

But you're right. When somebody can barely write a coherent sentence, it makes it hard to figure out what he is trying to say.
