My 2005 pt cruiser overheating issued

i am have some problems with my car overheating i have change some parts but nothing have change can i get some help. And this to look at... :eek:

when does it over heat sitting still or moving down the road? ac work? coolant low? what did you replace already?

My ac work good i have a problem with it overheating fast i have a code of p0128 it say the sensor for the thermostat .
