Title may have grabbed some attention? (i hope)

i might have a easy one? and yes i looked around - i even googled , but still no luck nothing positive , no simple yes or no answer. is the following vid legal in the state of Tn? when i dwelled in Fla we all did this to our rides down there with no probs , however as strange as it may sound , Tn is kinda strict. you can carry a gun rack w/gun in your truck but you better not jay walk. yea i got a ticket for that. i cant run that fast. i didnt have my Nike's on. if we can do tail lights , i wanna do headlights also , cause i got a headlight thats seen better days very hazy and cloudy. just dont wanna get pulled over. tickets cost too much.

anyway they sell the paint here , however it says "for off road use only" huh?
