1. Check the compression
2. Check the firing order
3. Make sure you are getting fuel to the intake
4. Make sure you do not have an obstruction in the exhaust.

Have you pulled the codes with the key and watching the check engine light.

Dunno wat u mean "pulled th codes with th key"

To pull the codes on the early models like you have you can do it by doing what is called the key dance. All of the key codes are 2 digits and are flashed by the check engine light. To do the key dance it is done this way: turn the key on then off then on then off then on with no pauses.

I would pull a spark plug and see if it is wet or dry. Wet - fuel is there but no spark.

Dry - no fuel and possible no spark. Turn the key on to the "RUN" position and listen for the fuel pump running. Check the fuel pump fuse. And I assume that there is fuel in the tank? Don't laugh. I've been there a couple of times with an empty tank.

Also use the timing light to see if it triggers when the engine is turning over.
You may also have have a ECU/ECM (Engine control unit/module) problem.
