1988 NewYorker issues

Hi,

I looked at an 88 NewYorker turbo the other day and discovered it had a few issues. Here is a list of the problems;

1, Small oil, trans fluid and coolant leak.

2, a little bit of a rough idle.

3, a small amount of rotting under side of car; right under door.

4, blower motor is a little loud.

5, Driver side window regulator needs to be replaced.

The mechanic told me that to fix the transmission leak he would need to remove transmission. Its small, so I could live with it though.

Another thing, I noticed that the heat control is the old style slide bar and buttons. This seems a little odd, because the car has all other digital instruments. I am guessing they had an issue with the original digital climate control and replaced with manual. Anyone know if this is common? Can it be changed to digital if it is originally manual?

Can anyone give me any advice on the issues 1-4? The window regulator is nothing, but I am looking for a little advice and the other issues. Thanks
