Electrical problem/ dash

I am having trouble with all or some of the trouble lights coming on and then shutting off repeatedly( ABS, gas gage, check engine, oil pressure, air bag, etc.). Also the tach, speedo and gas gage go to zero and then come back on and the heater won't work when all this is going on. Usually it happens when the car is cold and usually wet. This happens repeatedly for about 20 miles then every thing clears up. Seems like a wet or loose connection to me but I don't know where to start. Help please.

If it is a LH Platform (Trep, Cord, LHS, M) Battery connections, jump post and strut tower ground stud are likely suspects. Todays vehicles are more "fussy" than the past when it comes to batteries. Slightest thing not 100% and we get wierd stuff happening...
