Need new brake hose, can't find one

As the title suggests, I need a replacement rear o/s flexi brake hose for a Grand Voyager 3.3 2001. Local parts dealer can't get one, even the main dealer is struggling. Any ideas anyone?
Cheers

Thanks but they don't list Grand Voyager, only Voyager? Cheers Duncan

Call them, maybe a error in the catalog. I'd gamble and say they are the same. I bought parts for my b1500 van that weren't cataloged, and they fit fine and been on for many miles.

If not a gambling guy, have you tried the junkyard?

The garage that have the car, still can't find the hose, nor can I. We think it may be a one off as the car has been converted for a wheelchair ramp and the brake lines have been adjusted.

He has said now, that if he gives me the old one, do I want to try to find someone on the Internet or near to Swansea that can make one up, be it a braided one or whatever.

Does anyone have any recommendations of where I could go?

Cheers

Take the old hose to a parts store and ask them to find one that's close to it. The end fittings are pretty much standard, the only issue is the length. If you can find one that's close in length, it should work fine. If it's a little long, make sure it won't rub on anything. If it's a little short, make sure it's not going to stretch when the suspension is fully extended.

As for Rock Auto, that's a U.S. store. In the U.S. the Chrysler Voyager is called the Town & Country. There used to be a Plymouth Voyager minivan.

Sounds like you need to get one made. Look for a hydraulic hose maker, there are usually a few companies around. They will measure everything up, and custom make it. Saw that on a episode of Wheeler Dealers. There's a guy here locally that does it, but never needed him yet.
