Limited CRD sticker and alloy wheel/rim

I am after the plastic sticker on the boot like this one. Mine is peeling off :( Its the sticker on right side below the big lettering saying Grand Voyager like the one on attached pic

I have called the dealer at Falkirk 4 occasions and eveytime they take mynumber and promise someone will call me back. They never do. I am after the sticker that says LIMITED CRD
