Although a 300C with an SRT design is rare, it would explain the inexpensive cost since it's not an actual SRT8

On most stock suspensions, the result of negative camber can happen when the toe is not aligned.

That's a lot of miles for a car that 1 to 1 1/2 years old.
Also are you sure it's a Touring or a 2.7...

The ONLY problem I can think of that seems to be common are issues with the tie rods.

However, it appears you are looking at the V6 Turbo edition...
