Best wheel cleaner that prevents brake dust

I'm Looking for a wheel cleaner that I can spray on and wash off that will help reduce brake dust. I know there is Purple Power Dust Cleaner but it says not to use on painted wheels. I have black rims with an aluminum lip(I sanded and clear coated the lip). But I'm not sure if it will ruin my rims or not. Any help?

Buy Armor All Wheel Protectant (7 oz.) 27848 at Advance Auto Parts

Repels brake dust, road grime, and dirt by forming a protective barrier on wheel and rims. Easy to build up and difficult to wash off, brake dust has been the bane of beautiful, shiny wheels since the invention of disc brakes. Simply spray Armor AllŪ Wheel Protectant on clean, dry wheels to repel brake dust, road grime, and dirt. The invisible barrier lasts up to four weeks, keeping your wheels clean from wash to wash.
