Looking to upsize my 2009 Van's wheels to 17" from 16"
 

I'm looking to upsize my 2009 Van's wheels to factory 17" rims with 225/65R17 tires from the factory 16" rims with 225/65R16 tires. I've done a quick calculation and my van will pick up about 3mph when the speedometer says 60mph.

Anyone know if the speedometer can be recalibrated by the dealer to correct this difference?
