2004 Concorde LXI Power window/ATC issue.
About a week ago I got into my car and tried to roll down the windows. No luck no even a buzzing noise. I decided not to worry about it at the moment and just turn the air on. Low and behold the ATC would not come on either. Needless to say it's not pleasant to drive in 90+ degree weather so it's parked for the time being.
I check every fuse, breaker and relay that I could find and nothing is blow according to the OHM meter.
Any other suggestions where to look?

I didn't test any fuses. I just pulled them all one at a time to see if any were blown. From looking around online I think it's a common chrysler issue but nobody has posted the actual fix. Some say it's an ignition switch. Some say it's a fuse. Some say it's a relay.

I tested it and no voltage. Not 100% sure I did it right. I turn the ignition to run without cranking the car, pulled the fuses and put the leads in each side of the fuse spot. There were a couple I tested and did not get a reading but tested again and did. Some gave me no reading at all. So, if there is no voltage going to the fuse, than what?

no u did not do it right on each fuse there is a little spot of metal u can touch it with a volt meter or test light and it will keep the circuit complete test both side of the fuse if one has power and the other does not the fuse is blown.
