Default Rear caliper

Hello,

Unfortunately my rear calipers (both) have locked and are no longer functioning. Also, I think the shop messed up my parking brake because it was working before I brought the car in for a brake bleed (didn't have room in my garage at the time). The parking brake now is completely loose and doesn't engage. Anyways I plan to replace both calipers, pads and rotors. While I'm at it I was hoping someone could give me advice on how to correct the parking brake issue?
I have only ever replaced the rotors and pads so no experience with replacing a caliper or parking brake issue (shoes?). I have a 2006 Sebring touring, 2.7L. Any help on an install would be greatly appreciated (or a link to a thread that has previously been posted, couldn't find one).
Thanks again,
Craig

Spend 25 bucks or so and get a Haynes manual which will answer most of your questions. Then you can decide whether you and your toolbox are up to the task.

If both rear brakes are out, then you might suspect that the proportioning valve has gone bad. This assumes that your vehicle is not equipped with antilock brakes.
