Which wheels go with which cars
Hi
I have worked with most parts of a car but wheels and tires never interested me! Usually when I bought a New car it had what I wanted and never changed them. The 300 LX I just bought has steel rims and hub caps which I do want to replace. I have read a lot of information and have never received a complete answer!
What I need to know is will any stock 2005 to 2010 300 LX or 300 C or 300 C SRT rim and tire fit on any of the 300 RWD cars as long as it is stock? I need to know what I can put on my 300 LX.
Next what is the largest size rim and tire used on any RWD 300 I have seen 22 x 10 not sure of the tire. Also I would like to know the minimum and maximum off set that is recommended and that will not rub in a turn or when I hit a bump. I don't want to modify the vehicle at all. I want the proper weight and load balance so I don't get undue stress on the lug nuts or other parts. I do want to stay stock and have seen some SRT rims I like. If I use Dodge rims will Chrysler center caps fit.
Thank you
Hank
P.S. If this can't be answered in whole then can someone tell me if all 2005 and newer rear wheel drive 300'S are 5-115 with about a 22 offset! Or are some 5-114.3 and some 5-115 because most ads I see either say 4.5 or 114.3 for all of them and then some say 4.53 or 5-115. Need help as I am missing some OEM rims I want and don't even know what mine are a 300 LX base
