07 stock navigation upgrade mygig navigation - Chrysler Forum

hey i have an 07 chrysler aspen with stock navigation and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a mygig rer system with all the necessary adapters and hardware at a reasonable price hopefully.

We'd like to help, but I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you saying you have the RER head unit right now, and need to find a replacement because it's broken? If so, they're all over the place on Ebay - just type "Chrysler RER" in the search string. Same goes if you're looking to upgrade the stock radio to RER.

The install is very easy, but you will have to go to a dealer to get the system flashed so it recognizes NAV. I'm guessing you'll also have to install the NAV antenna, which already has a nice space under the dash cover near the middle just waiting for it.

i have an 07 stock navigation im trying to upgrade and install a new mygig into my car, but im curious as to where i can find a reasonable one with all the hardware. and then you're saying i have to take it to the dealership to get it to function properly?
