Default HELP changing '08 Aspen Fog light PLEASE

Hi! I am trying to change my front driver's side headlight (the little round white one below the bumper)... and for the life of me, I can't get it!! I keep reading that there are two screws, but I can't find them... there's a screw up top, but I'm told that's for adjusting. Do I need a special tool?

If anyone has a diagram or a photo, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Thanks in advance! SKCgirl

Really wish I could help you with this. Sadly I have not removed the fog lights yet and I see no instructions in the service manual either. I know I need to since I have new projector style lenses to install. Guess I'll be making a video when I get to swapping them.

Default I took it to Sears

Thanks for the reply... I actually took it to my local Kmart/Sears and they did it for me (free of charge :0) )

For anyone trying to find the answer, you have to go up and under the 'skirt' and there's a small connection in the back that you unhook and then twist out the bulb. It does not come out from the front of the car, but rather you need to slide under the car and reach in. It looked quite difficult to do, but once you know where to go, it's better!

I hope this helps someone... for me, luckily I have some great mechanics that are willing to help out :0)

I love me my Aspen!!

I’ve replaced the bulbs and lenses on mine. You can use a butter knife to pop the whole assembly out from the front. The lens has two small round protrusions on each side. They slide into tabs with holes in them in the housing behind it. Gently pry on each one and it’ll pop out.

You can see what they look like here:
