Multiple Error Codes - Need help deciding on next steps
Good afternoon,
I have a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica (2WD, 3.5L) and am struggling in my attempts to fix it. The car will crank, but does not start. The car ran fine up until the day it just stopped working.
My code reader came up with the following codes:
P0073 - Ambient Air Temp Sensor Circuit High
P0122 - Throttle Position sensor Low
P0129 - Barometric Pressure Low
P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor
P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor
I have replaced the following:
PCM/ECM Module
Crankshaft Position Sensor
Camshaft Position Sensor
I have confirmed that there is no "spark" coming from the ignition coils.
I have verified that the ground wire to the engine block is intact.
I can hear the fuel pump prime when I first turn the key.
The fuel filter was replaced about 18 months ago.
The fuses all appear to be intact.
The check engine light flashes eight times after I try starting the car (I'm not sure if this means anything, but am including it just in case it does)
After work tonight, I plan to pick up new TPS and MAP sensors.... but if they don't solve the problem I am at a loss.
Is there anything that I may have overlooked???
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Chris

Hi new here also. 04 Pacifica id you ever got this fix, I have the same problem, turn but won't start. Timing is right on, batterie is good, but don't seem to have sparks. I replaced the crank sensor, and check the wiring harness for bad wires, everything looks good. All ground are fine

Coil : key off brn to pos=12.24 on batt
brn to neg= 0.42 on batt
blu to pos=10.62 ....
blu to neg= 0.00 ....
key on brn to pos=11.92 ....
brn to neg= 0.41 ....
blu to pos=10.32 ....
blu to neg=0.00 ....
Bat tested 12.66 at beginning of test on dcv 20 ohm meter
Does that make sense?

I have an 04 PAC I had the same problem. Here is what I found. On the left side behind the wheel where the trans. Mount is the main engine wire harness. They routed the harness between the trans and the body. I opened the harness and found that I had seven wires that were rubbed thru. I fixed the wires and rerouted the harness over the trans mount.
