The key there may be the P0606 and the P1610
P0606 PCM / ECM Processor Fault Code
P1610 is a voltage regulator fault. The regulator is built internal to the PCM
Make sure your battery is up to speed and the connections are clean and tight. The codes will clear when you disconnect the battery. See what comes back.

The Powertrain Control Module or PCM is the engine's "computer".
ECM or Electronic Control module or Engine Control Module is the generic term used to ID any electronic module. Chrysler chose to call it's ECM the PCM. They are one in the same.
