I am a new member and there is alot of things i am unable to access and i was wondering why this is.

You have to get up to a predetermined amount of posts before you can do certain things. They do this to deter spammers. IMO, the post count threshold is too high. They should just have a few more moderators to counteract any spam attempts.

I'm new member and going through few posts Ive noticed I cant see attached images.
Message I get says I dont have enough privilidges or something similar.
Is there I have to do to view those images as they would be very helpfull with my problem on my GV
