i have a 2000 Chrysler con Concorde and while driving one day I was waiting for the light and it shut down. I started it again and it starts but it make a kind of screeching noise. a buddy of mine put a diagnostic on it and it came back with these codes p0-700,731,732,733,734,1782,1294. co I figured it was the tcm. I bought another and it does the same exact thing.

what happens is I put the car in drive and drive doesn't engage until about 40 seconds later and then disengages 15 seconds later. it still makes that screeching sound. please help. at least let me know if its something I could fix myself or if its costly.
