Question 02 300m egn.swap

My 02 300m with 3.5 had lower end knock. I found a 2000 300m 3.5 with low miles. When cars were side by side i noted that computers and soom sensor connections and flywheel were not the same. So i put the 02 flywheel on 2000 egn. I also replaced cam. Crank. And others with new sensors for a 02 3.5 . The egn. Starts and runs grate. But will not turn over 2200 rpm. In or out of gear . Check egn. Lite is on. Comp. Diag. Says cam and crank sensor prob. Replaced again. Also checked connectors for 5 volt supply. Sensor ground. And sensor signal. All ok. Still have lite on and same prob. Please help
