02 concorde code PO16 & PO344
Concorde 3.5 G motor set code 16 and 344 cant find 16 any where. On scanner says cam and crank both out of synch. has new cam and crank sensor, have 2 5 volts and ground at cam sensor plug any ideas. When light is on it will hesitate

is the timing off? did u just do a belt?
