Default 1977 New Yorker Brougham 2dr Help

I've recently came into possession of 77 New Yorker and would like some slight repair help. I'm not a novice just a learn as needed shade tree mechanic for 20 years.

The car has 35k miles but has spent a lot of time sitting. Basically it got started once a year and driven. Was garage kept until about the last 3 years but was still covered. The body is in in good shape tiny rust here or there but nothing major.

My main question is that if you were in my position what would you do to make it reliably road worthy? I know I need to change all the rubber. In fact, I'm trying to get the rear tire off now but its rusted to the drum, any suggestions?

Any suggestions on where I can find original or new old stock parts?

I'm after fixing mechanical first then cosmetics. Thanks for any and all help.
