I just purchased a 1993 concord, real happy with the car so far... the car has about 125k on it 3.5l engine. Well the problem I am having now is the after running the car around town for 30 minutes or so the car just turns off.?It appears to be overheating. Is there any obvious solution anyone can offer? The car has had a tune up , and a system flush. any response will be appreciated.

 

I have a 94 3.5L and the car would just die after running fine. This was a very dangerous problem - I mean it would cut out in the middle of heavy traffic. No one was able to find the problem, but it turned to be a bad Crank Angle Position Sensor which is attached to the bell housing of the tranny - replaced it and problem solved.
