Ok I have a 1994 Chrysler Concorde. It has the 3.3 engine in it. Well I'll be driving the car like normal but its like the motor surges when im going down the road. And lately its been dieing alot too. I replaced the spark plugs and the spark plug wires. But I still have the problem [:@] I have heard from some people that I should check the Ignition Control Module, but i have NO idea where it is located. Can somebody please help me?! It would be greatly apprectiated. Whether you just told me where the ICM is or if you told me some other ideas of what the problem could be. Thanks Sooo Much!

 

i have a 1993 concorde. I used to have the same problem where id be driving and all of a sudden it breaks down and wont start. at first i thought it was the starter, and took it to a mahanics, and they would say no nothing is wrong. I continued to have the problem. One day last winter i went out to start it, something made a funny nosie and it quit running, and also i couldnt get the key out it was stuck. i took it down to my neighbor who used to be a manchic, he said that my starter blew up, and got me a new one fixed. ever since i havent had that problem. Now i gotta get 4 new tires and a new limate(sp?) it seems to be like theres always wrong with the car. I suggest you have your starter look at. I could be wrong.

 

one year ago i faced the same problem,,and got the car to the dealer...he said the ignition module must be changed...it costed me alot around 500 dollars and the said it is inside the gearbox...?? maybe they were lying to me..
