1996 LHS Fuel Gauge Stuck On Full
My wife ran out of gas, but didn't know it because the fuel gauge is now stuck on full. The shop we had it towed to discovered the issue and determined that the sending unit and wiring harness is fine. They said we need to put a new BCM into the car at a cost of $1,100.
Does this sound correct? If so, will a used part work?
