Question 1998 concorde 3.2 losing water

Hello, I am having problems with my 1998 Concorde loosing water. I cannot find the leak but I suspect I have a blown head gasket. I drive the car on a 160 mile trip and have to add about a gallon of water. The car runs great most of the time but now it started running rough idling. It gave me a code #5 cylinder missfire. But it will clear. I have a small hole in the rear muffler and it will drip some water out at times. Is there a sealer I can add to repair this or do I have to pull the heads to find problem. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Default update

I put the pressure test to 20 psi today and the pressure would not hold so I cranked the car up and I could see a fog coming out of the exhaust. I bought a bottle of block sealer and put it in. I hope this will help for a while. I there a good DYI on this site for removing the heads and replacing head gaskets?
