Default 1999 LHS Weird Noise when Driving

My car is making a weird noise when driving. It can only be heard from inside the car, when i got the car (at 68,000 miles) it sounded like fireworks in the distance, now at 72,000 miles its gotten louder but im unable to desribe how it sounds. The frequency of the noise gets more frequent the faster you go and it slightly changes all the time. Right now its the loudest at 40MPH, i took it to my father and he looked at it and has no idea. Anyone ever see this before?

No, more like a general rubbing noise. My father and i put the front end on jack stands and turned the wheels. After taking traction control off only the left wheel turned, no idea if that's normal? I couldn't hear the noise but it was making so many other noises that i listed that test as a failure.

Let me further define what we did, we actually turned the car on and slowly accelerated to 15 mph

When i press on the breaks my steering wheel shakes sometimes more violently then others

Really wish there was an edit button...

What would be the best way to check that, i JUST replaced the front pads when i had it on the jack stands and the rotors looked fine.
