I have a 2000 300m. The drivers side heated seat doesn't work. I tried to swap switches from one side to the other but no change. The passenger seat works fine. The back light for the switch is the only thing that comes on for the drivers side. I loosened the seat and checked the connections under the seat and they are clean and connected. I read in another forum to push down on the rear corner of the seat while trying to turn the seat on. If it came on the harness was suppose to have a bad wire in it. That test revealed nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

 

I have the same problem.. Ive only gotten the heated seat to work once but ever sicne then it hasnt worked.
