2000 LHS to 1999 300M swap-problem
Hi fellas. New here but I know how much help JeepForum is to me so I am posting my problem here for expert advice.
Just bought: 2000 LHS, blown engine
Replaced: engine and trans from a 1999 300M
I swapped all intake and engine wiring harness. Only wiring issue was the plug on the passenger side below the exhaust on bell housing with 3 wires was different.
Problem now is that it will not crank. All systems light up. Starter solenoid doesn't click. Tranny is in park. I am afraid I am in engine protect mode.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

not for sure, but it may have something to do with the switch on the bellhousing. Can the one from the LHS be installed in the new unit so the plug will work? Otherwise you should check the power box for a bad relay. Hope this helps, DaveC8656
