Default 2000 LHS flywheel swap

Hopefully someone on here knows the answer to this one! I pulled the 3.5HO engine from my 2000 LHS, and am replacing it with a 3.5HO (both Vin G) from a 1999 LHS. The used engine I bought didn't come with the flywheel, so I am using the old one. The flywheel has 3 sets of notches, a set of three, a set of 4 and a set of five. I believe the crankshaft positioning sensor reads these notches. I couldn't find any info in the Haynes manual, they only tell you to mark the relationship before you take it off, not too helpful if you didn't take it off yourself! I don't want to install the engine only to pull it out again. So my question is how to place the flywheel on the crank.
