I have a 2003 chrysler concorde, I just replaced the water pump and the timing chain tensioner and got the motor back together and when I went to start it the car wouldnt start but the engine light is flashing 10 times and then it stops. I cant figure out why it wont start its just cranking.

 

did u use a manual that tells u how to put all this stuff together?
