My sister has a 2004 Concorde LXI and has factory radio/cd/cass and when she puts in a cd,it sits there for a sec and spits it out with the word "ERROR" on the display..she wants another factory player but i guess my question is how ya take the wood trim around the radio,does it just snaps off or is there hidden screws..

 

remove the ash try there might be one down there if not then it all pulls off.
