Default 2004 Concorde transmission problems

Hey guys, new here just purchased a 2004 concorde 2.7l with 112k miles.
Guy said it needs a trans

Throws codes p0700, p0736, p0731

Slight pull in reverse but won't move (can feel it barely engage)
And is slow to engage first, like torque converter isn't working properly.
Fluid is up but smells funky and not at all like transmission fluid.

Never owned a chrysler before so would love some input on this situation

Thanks!

is the fluid fu;;? Also if it looks burnt could be clogged filter or slipping clutches.
