Smile radiator removal 300m

hi Robert, DaveC here. I have a 99 LHS and it is similar to the 300, though not as pretty LOL. Drain the coolant, remove the top radiator support, which is quite a bit of the front end under the hood. Disconnect coolant hoses, transmission cooler lines, carefully lift the radiator out. Reassemble in reverse order. I recommend getting a Haynes manual from your local public library or purchase one from a parts store. They run about 20 bucks or so, but a sound investment if you plan to keep the car. Haynes manuals are very descriptive and the photos help alot. Good luck, DaveC.

When I do these, I pull the fans and unbolt the A/C condensor from the radiator before I pull them. These are a lot easier radiators to pull than a damn Grand Am...

Talking 300m rad remove

thanks 22Chrysler for that clarification. I was going on memory alone and that often leaves stuff out. DaveC A really fun radiator to pull is on a 2002 Thomas forward control front engine school bus. Big and heavy.
