Default '95 Concorde (Bearings)

I just got a mechanic to re-do the bearings in my driver side front tire. Back last June he did it on the passenger side.
2 questions
Was $180 Canadian the going price per wheel ?
And is this something myself I could do with limited knowledge ?

Hi: $180.00 is a good price, I'd be surprised if it would not be more. some times because of rust they can be a brute. It's not the same as changeing the bearings in an older car. Osman
