My 95 new Yorker stalls and shuts off while driving. No engine light is displayed. It will not restart right away but it does when left to sit for awhile. I get a code of '55' when I cycle the ignition switch 3 times. I am not sure where to start with out a 'check engine light code'. I would appreciate some help so I am not blind to what dealership might say is wrong. Thanks for the help.

 

I know this is an old thread but a 55 code is nothing. That just signifies that you are at the end of the stored codes.
